LogEarn Privacy Policy

1. Summary

• You can browse LogEarn's market data and analytics without creating an account.
• If you create an account, we collect only what is needed to sign you in, secure your account and provide the features you use.
• With Sign in with Google we receive only your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture (scopes openid, email, profile). We use them only to create your account and sign you in.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or to train AI / machine-learning models.
• You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing byron@logearn.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide when you sign in or register

LogEarn supports several sign-in methods. Depending on the method you choose, we collect:

• Email sign-in: your email address and the one-time verification code we send to it.
• Sign in with Google: your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture. See Section 3.
• Wallet sign-in (e.g. Phantom, MetaMask): your public wallet address and a cryptographic signature proving you control it. We never receive your wallet's private key or seed phrase.
• Telegram Mini App: your Telegram user ID, username and display name as provided by Telegram.
• Optional X (Twitter) linking: if you choose to link an X account, your X user ID, username and profile picture.

2.2 Account security information

• Passkeys: the public key and credential ID of passkeys you register. Biometric data (fingerprint, face) never leaves your device and is never sent to us.
• Authenticator apps: the secret used to verify codes from Google Authenticator or similar apps, stored encrypted.
• Trading devices: the public key of the trading key created in your browser, plus device and browser type, and the time each device was added and last used.
• Security logs: sign-in times, IP address and user-agent, used to detect suspicious activity and protect your account.

2.3 Wallet, trading and transaction information

• Wallet addresses associated with your account, your orders (market, limit, DCA, take-profit, stop-loss), positions, trade history, deposits and withdrawals, and withdrawal whitelist addresses.
• Keys for wallets created through LogEarn are protected inside secure hardware (a Trusted Execution Environment). Sensitive operations require confirmation with your passkey or authenticator.
• Blockchain transactions are public by nature. When you trade, the transaction and your wallet address are recorded on the public blockchain, which we do not control.

2.4 Content and settings you create

• Watchlists, followed wallets, address tags and notes, alert and notification settings, display preferences and language.
• Automated strategies you create. Strategy code, execution logs and snapshots are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB). If you enter a Telegram bot token and chat ID for strategy notifications, they are used only to deliver those notifications to the chat you chose.
• API keys you create in the API & Skills section, and referral codes you use or share.
• Messages you send to our support team.

2.5 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages and features you use (for example, which token pages you open or which tools you use), button clicks, and whether actions such as sign-in or trade submission succeeded or failed. When you are signed in, this data is linked to your LogEarn account ID.
• Device data: browser type and version, operating system, screen size, language, referring URL and approximate (country-level) location derived from your IP address.
• Performance and error data: technical diagnostics such as page load times and error messages, used to keep the Service fast and reliable.

2.6 Public blockchain data

LogEarn analyzes publicly available blockchain data, including public wallet addresses, balances and transactions, to provide its analytics (for example smart money tracking and holder analysis). This data is public on the blockchain and is not collected from you.

4. How we use information

Apart from Google user data, which is used only as described in Section 3, we use the information described in Section 2 to:

• Provide the Service: create and manage your account, display market data and analytics, run the features you use, carry out the trades you ask for, and deliver the alerts you set up.
• Secure accounts and funds: verify sign-ins, confirm sensitive actions, detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
• Communicate with you: send verification codes, account, security and transaction notices, and respond to support requests.
• Improve the Service: understand how features are used, fix errors and improve performance, using usage data that is aggregated where possible.
• Rewards and referrals: calculate points, rebates, trading levels and referral rewards.
• Product updates (optional): send news about LogEarn to the email address you used to sign up, only if you have opted in, and never using data obtained through Google Sign-In. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Comply with law: meet legal and regulatory obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.

5. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers that help us operate the Service under contract and confidentiality obligations, for example cloud hosting, databases, email delivery, blockchain node (RPC) and trade-routing providers, and website analytics (see Section 6).
• Blockchain networks: when you trade, deposit or withdraw, the transaction details and wallet addresses are broadcast to the public blockchain.
• Services you connect: for example, strategy notifications are delivered to the Telegram chat you configure, and your X account is linked only when you choose to link it.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order or a valid request from a public authority, or to protect the rights, property and safety of LogEarn, our users or others.
• Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy's protections.

We may publish aggregated or de-identified statistics, for example total trading volume, that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

6. Cookies, local storage & analytics

• Strictly necessary storage: we use cookies and browser storage (localStorage, IndexedDB) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, store your strategies locally and keep the Service secure. The Service does not work properly without them.
• Analytics: we use our own first-party usage analytics (Section 2.5) and Baidu Analytics (Baidu Tongji) to measure site traffic. Baidu Analytics may set cookies and collect device and browsing information; it does not receive your account information or Google user data.
• Your control: you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out, delete strategies stored locally, and may stop some features from working.

We do not use advertising cookies and do not show third-party ads.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can:

• View and update your profile, linked sign-in methods and security devices in the app's account and security pages.
• Unsubscribe from optional product-update emails at any time using the link in the email.
• Revoke Google access at Google Account permissions.
• Request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing byron@logearn.com from the email address associated with your account, or including your account ID or wallet address. We may ask you to verify your identity. We respond within 30 days.

Before requesting deletion, please withdraw any remaining funds. Account deletion cannot be undone. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive secrets at rest, access controls with least-privilege access for staff, secure hardware (TEE) for wallet keys, passkey or authenticator confirmation for sensitive actions such as large trades and withdrawals, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No system is completely secure. Please keep your devices, passkeys and authenticator apps safe, and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You can also freeze your account from the security page.

10. International transfers

LogEarn and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. When we transfer information internationally, we take appropriate steps to keep it protected as described in this policy and as required by applicable law.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe this has happened, please contact us.

12. Third-party services & links

The Service may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party services such as wallets, blockchain explorers, Telegram and X. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, especially to how we use Google user data, we will notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect and, where required, ask for your consent.
